Karate Do für / for FLINTA* 

Dieses Karate Do-Training richtet sich an FLINTA* mit und ohne Vorerfahrung im Karate. Es geht darum, gemeinsam und mit Freude Kampfkunst und Selbstverteidigung zu erlernen sowie Koordination und Körperbeherrschung zu trainieren.

This karate do training is aimed at FLINTA* with and without previous experience in karate. It is about learning martial arts and self-defence together and having fun, as well as training coordination and body control.

Während Trainerin und Organisator*innen auf der Suche nach einer Turnhalle sind, stellt das KCM uns den Thekenraum zur Verfügung, damit das Karate-Training beginnen kann. /
While the trainer and organisers are looking for a gym, the KCM provides us with the bar room so that the karate training can begin. 

Mitbringen / bring along  
Sportkleidung und -schuhe, eine Flasche Wasser und ein Handtuch.
Sports outfit and shoes, a bottle of water and a towel.

Dieser Auftaktkurs ist kostenfrei. / This introductory course is free of charge.
